Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation in the United States seeks a customer-focused professional to support Clearing Members, handling inquiries, researching trade data, and assisting with new functionality. You will contribute to documentation and assist the team as they interface with members and internal partners for new products introduced into production.

You will maintain member data in CRM, analyze firm data for trends, and ensure compliance with OCC policies while supporting daily production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business required.
• 0+ years of experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external participants.

Responsibilities

• Responds to day-to-day Clearing Member inquiries by phone or email.
• Communicates with external market participants to support production activities.
• Completes daily tasks that support production.
• Investigates issues and resolves problems for members.
• Applies knowledge of OCC cleared products and systems to standard situations.
• Maintains Clearing Member information in CRM and other databases.
• Analyzes firm data to identify trends.
• Performs Masterfile updates and verification of changes for members.
• Assists with self-testing and writing procedures and job aids.
• Other duties as assigned.
