Responsibilities

• Open and sort incoming mail.
• Scan insurance payment and denial batches.
• Process patient payments for client accounts.
• Scan checks for bank deposits.
• Run tapes on checks for balancing.
• Sort correspondence for processing.
• Input payment transmittal sheets on the computer.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets with daily batches.
• Process outgoing mail including refunds.
