Job summary

You will maintain Excel spreadsheets, process patient payments for client accounts, and ensure accurate data entry.

The role requires 10-key by touch, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10-key by touch and alpha numeric skill proficiency.
• Must have knowledge of computer programs and operations (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility to adapt to the changing workload requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and sort incoming mail.
• Scan insurance payment and denial batches.
• Process patient payments for client accounts.
• Scan checks for bank depositing.
• Run tapes on checks for balancing purposes.
• Sort correspondence for necessary processing.
• Process and input payment transmittal sheets on the computer for client accounts.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets with daily batches.
• Process outgoing mail including checks for patient and insurance refunds.
