Responsibilities

• Open and sort incoming mail.
• Scan insurance payment and denial batches.
• Process patient payments for client accounts.
• Scan checks for bank depositing.
• Run tapes on checks for balancing purposes.
• Sort correspondence for processing.
• Process and input payment transmittal sheets for client accounts.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets with daily batches.
• Process outgoing mail including checks for refunds.
