Qualifications

• Recent construction and surety experience.
• Experience representing diverse clients in construction disputes.

Responsibilities

• Represent owners, contractors, lenders, engineers, and insurers in construction and surety matters.
• Draft and negotiate construction contracts and manage project administration.
• Handle construction defect, lien, and bond claims, arbitration, ADR, and litigation.
