Construction Litigation Attorney – Remote / Hybrid | New York

An established national law firm is looking to add an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to its growing New York practice. The firm offers significant flexibility, including fully remote and hybrid working arrangements for the right attorney.

This is an opportunity to join a sophisticated litigation practice within a well-resourced national platform, while retaining genuine flexibility over where you work. The team handles complex construction-related disputes and offers attorneys meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure and opportunities to develop their practice over the longer term.

The successful attorney will ideally have 3+ years of construction litigation experience and be comfortable taking an active role in matters rather than operating purely in a supporting capacity.

The role will involve handling a broad range of litigation responsibilities, including briefing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, managing written discovery, conducting legal research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and working directly with clients. There will also be opportunities to handle court appearances, hearings and, where appropriate, trials.

Trial experience is welcomed but is not a requirement.
