Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle a general litigation docket focused on commercial disputes, municipal matters, and institutional client representation — handling matters from intake through trial across Pennsylvania state and federal courts.

Hybrid — 3 days in office in Camp Hill, with a base salary range of $110k to $160k plus bonuses, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, and retirement plan. Open to Associate to Counsel levels.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing.
• Recent general litigation experience with institutional or commercial clients (utility companies, municipalities, school districts, or similar public entity/commercial matters).

Responsibilities

• Lead clients through the full litigation lifecycle — depositions, discovery, hearings, and trial.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, dispositive motions, stipulations, and position statements.
• Defend and take depositions; manage written discovery and trial prep.
• Counsel clients on risk exposure, policy development, and litigation strategy.
• Collaborate across the litigation group and participate in practice group meetings and CLE initiatives.
