Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney focusing on discovery, courtroom proceedings, drafting legal documents, creditors' rights, banking, commercial litigation, and insurance defense.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation from investigation and pleadings to discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Represent clients in courtroom proceedings to protect their rights and interests.
• Conduct thorough discovery to gather information and evidence for each case.
