Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or commensurate experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Counsel with legal research and document preparation.
• Support corporate governance, board resolutions, and subsidiary documentation.
• Coordinate legal projects with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Manage legal intake and matter management, including naming conventions.
• Support legal operations and technology, and automate processes where possible.
• Handle document and records management for casework.
• Prepare data analyses and reporting for clients and management.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
