Westfield Insurance seeks a Legal Operations Analyst to support the General Counsel and Enterprise Legal team across corporate matters. The role covers legal research, governance, matter management, and operations while enhancing document management systems.

Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, maintaining corporate records, coordinating projects, ensuring compliance, and analyzing data for reporting. A 2–5 year paralegal background and a law-related degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal or in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, or commensurate experience.

Responsabilités

• Legal Research & Document Preparation: assist GC and Enterprise Legal by preparing documents and compiling data from statutes, regulations, case law, and other sources.
• Corporate Governance Support: assist with corporate records, board resolutions, subsidiary documentation, entity formation/dissolution, and compliance filings.
• Cross-Functional Support: support legal projects involving compliance, governance, licensing, litigation, and contracts; coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Legal Intake & Matter Management: support intake process for new matters and ensure proper routing in matter management system.
• Legal Operations & Technology: assist with tools supporting Enterprise Legal, including automating processes.
• Document & Records Management: use document and data management systems to prepare and record casework.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: compile data for clients and management and maintain confidential information.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: coordinate with internal teams and external counsel/vendors.
