Responsibilities

• Contract management & recordkeeping for vendor contracts, NDAs, leases, and ISDAs.
• Support corporate governance, entity records, and filings for management company and fund entities.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions, and materials for board/committee meetings; maintain governance calendars.
• Assist with fund documentation, investor disclosures, and regulatory filings.
