Qualifications

• Must be a current Idaho State University employee.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in program coordination or related area.
• Experience coordinating programs with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience supporting instructors, faculty, or instructional staff.
• Experience teaching in a K-12 setting or providing instructional support in a K-12 setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate K–12 professional development courses under the K–12 Program Manager’s direction.
• Maintain course, learner, personnel, and program records and issue logs; resolve routine matters.
• Coordinate onboarding, schedules, communications, documentation, and support for instructional personnel; flag workload or service concerns.
• Monitor learner support and facilitate online discussion forums and check-ins; advise learners on offerings, course selection, registration, and policies.
• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated learner-support issues and document outcomes.
• Track course activity, feedback, completion, service levels, grader activity, and student concerns; report exceptions.
• Check post course launch content, assessments, communications, and course configuration; correct issues and refer concerns.
• Implement approved course and operational updates and coordinate with Learning Experience Manager.
• Complete assigned launch tasks for new courses and maintain records; coordinate with marketing for materials.
• Monitor compliance and prepare reports to inform decisions.
