Job summary

The Center on Disabilities and Human Development at the University of Idaho is seeking a Program Coordinator to support planning and execution of educational, outreach, or professional programs. You will work with staff, students, and community partners to plan activities and oversee program operations.

Responsibilities include budgeting, data collection, and proposal development; potential supervision of a small team. Requires travel and ability to work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; four additional years of experience in program coordination (total six years) may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to travel and work non-standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development and implementation of program deliverables, services and activities.
• Coordinate a team with an array of talents and responsibilities.
• Collect, compile and summarize program data for reports.
• Participate in developing program operating goals, objectives and protocols.
• Maintain program budgets, monitoring and reviewing transactions for compliance with program requirements.
• Active participation in the development and submission of program proposals.
• Lead collection and compilation of program assessment data.
• May supervise the work of others or lead a team to accomplish assigned goals.
• Two years of program coordination or program management experience.
• Working in a team environment to accomplish shared goals.
• Collecting, compiling, summarizing and analyzing data for administrative reports.
