Job summary

This in-office role offers a starting base salary with strong uncapped commissions, a clear growth path, and training. After six months, option to hybrid remote work is available, with benefits including PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Active SC P&C license preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days (assistance provided).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements.
• Present and sell insurance policies that meet the identified needs of clients.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with policyholders through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
• Stay informed about new products, trends, and industry changes to provide the most effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the agency owner and team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
