Qualifications

• Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) or willing to obtain license.
• Experienced in insurance sales or customer service or relationship-driven sales.
• Confident communicating by phone, email, and virtual platforms.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Organized and good at managing follow-ups and multiple opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, and follow-up.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customers' insurance needs.
• Quote and present personalized insurance solutions.
