Allstate Insurance Agency - Evan Hill is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects, build relationships, and apply insurance knowledge to show the value of coverage and trusted advice.

This remote role offers base plus commission, uncapped earning potential, paid training, and opportunities for advancement as you educate customers and protect their families.

Qualifications

• Interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• No prior insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life/Health licenses on hire.
• Confident, motivated, independent; able to multi-task and follow up.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads from a variety of sources.
