Job summary

DevCo Residential Group is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for development, construction, and asset management in Bellevue, WA. Hybrid in-office role reporting to the President, Finance & Investments/CFO.

You will oversee an FP&A Analyst, develop integrated forecasts, and support executive and lender presentations. Ideal candidate has 5-7 years in real estate finance and strong Excel/financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of financial analysis experience, ideally in real estate development or investment.
• Familiarity with multifamily real estate assets.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and reforecast across all business lines.
• Develop and maintain integrated corporate forecasts (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Oversee short- and long-term capital planning and development pipeline forecasting.
• Provide financial analysis for executive decision-making and board materials.
• Maintain portfolio-level performance reporting across development, construction, lease-up, and stabilized assets.
