Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist members and potential members with requests; explain services and respond to issues through multiple engagement channels.
• Perform routine account transactions and cross-sell products to meet member needs.
• Research and resolve member account questions and concerns with a high level of service.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and timely responses; support sales goals and member satisfaction.
