Responsibilities

• Facilitates quotes and provides pricing.
• Create and validate new item specifications/projects.
• Manage orders and inquiries to meet delivery requirements.
• Proactively track order activity and inventory levels.
• Handle outside purchases for services/materials for projects.
• Produce reports and share data with customers.
• Research and troubleshoot quality issues with the Quality Manager.
• Collaborate with sales, credit, and collections to ensure responsiveness.
