Smurfit Westrock in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison among customers, sales, and operations. You will manage inquiries, process orders, and help ensure on-time delivery while supporting production and logistics teams.

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration across departments. A High School diploma and proficient Microsoft Office skills are expected; previous manufacturing or customer service

Facilitates quotes and provides pricing.
Create and validate new item specifications/projects.
Process incoming orders and inquiries, schedule demand on machines, and manage orders for on-time delivery.
Proactively track order activity and inventory levels; alert staff/customers of issues.
Handle outside purchases for services and materials for customer projects.
Produce reports and share data with customers.
Generate customer issues and support Quality Manager to resolve quality issues.
