The Restaurant Store, a fast-growing Pennsylvania company, seeks a Customer Service Representative focused on hospitality and loyalty. You will handle orders, resolve issues, and guide customers through online shopping, with two days per week in the Lancaster, PA office under a hybrid model.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with a college degree or related experience preferred, ready to support foodservice professionals worldwide.

Qualifications

• A college degree or work experience in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers with the goal of loyalty and increased sales.
• Listen to and analyze customers' issues, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure customers have up-to-date information about order status.
• Communicate product or service issues within the CS department and with relevant teams.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all correspondence.
• Be flexible and adapt to change as the company grows.
• Take initiative and help The Restaurant Store lead in the online foodservice industry.
• Learn about the foodservice industry and our product range.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat about orders and products.
• Guide customers on the website with online shopping assistance and product help.
• Work a 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM schedule and be in the Lancaster, PA office 2 days per week as part of the hybrid schedule.
