Job summary

Orca Security is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to manage customer accounts, ensure renewals, and drive customer success. You will be the primary contact, fostering strong relationships, monitoring progress with our platform, and maximizing upsell opportunities.

You will collaborate with the sales team to align solutions with customer needs while driving renewals and retention. A fast-paced, supportive culture and hybrid/remote options are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years experience in customer success or account management.
• Experience with Cloud Security, cybersecurity, or SaaS products.
• Ability to communicate across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and security challenges.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and values relationships.
• Willingness to travel 10%.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Proficiency with CS and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and build long-lasting relationships.
• Manage a high-volume portfolio with competing priorities.
• Oversee contract renewals and ensure smooth processes.
• Monitor adoption and identify upsell opportunities and platform use cases.
• Collaborate with sales to drive incremental revenue.
• Act as trusted advisor to help customers achieve security goals.
• Respond to inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather feedback and share insights with product and engineering teams.
• Develop customer success plans and health check-ins.
• Advocate for customers and coordinate with support, product, and engineering teams.
• Become proficient in CS and sales tools (Salesforce, Clari, Slack).
• Understand customer use cases, outcomes, and key stakeholders.
