Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years experience in customer service call center environment.
• Experience in food service distribution a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers to provide information, take orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Resolve service or billing complaints and ensure appropriate changes.
• Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups for customers.
• Respond to product inquiries and relay new services or products.
