Job summary

US Foods is seeking a customer service professional to support National Sales by handling inbound calls, processing orders, and responding to inquiries. The position is primarily remote with monthly onsite support at the local distribution center within 50 miles, as part of a hybrid schedule.

You will coordinate deliveries, document customer interactions, resolve service or billing issues, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years experience in a customer service call center.
• Excellent verbal communication and problem resolution skills; knowledge of CRM/phone technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to provide product/service information, take orders, or gather complaint details.
• Record customer interactions and transactions with detailed notes.
• Resolve service or billing complaints and ensure correct changes are made.
• Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups; respond to routing questions.
• Respond to product inquiries and share new services; assist with recalls or returns.
