Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Support professional for a hybrid role, largely remote with monthly onsite presence near a distribution center within 50 miles. You will handle orders, inquiries, and issue resolution while coordinating deliveries and communicating with National Sales teams.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 am–4:30 pm ET, and comprehensive benefits from Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of three years in a customer service call center.
Excellent verbal communication and problem resolution skills; MS Word/Outlook familiarity; CRM/phone tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to provide product info and take orders.
Record customer interactions and transactions; document inquiries, complaints, and actions.
Resolve service or billing complaints and notify customers of changes or outcomes.
Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups; respond to routing questions.
Handle product inquiries and communicate new services or products.
