Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional services environment.
• Proven ability to learn new software and operating systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen new client/new matter requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with partners and assistants to obtain missing information before opening new matters.
• Provide guidance on the appropriate course of action for new clients/new matters.
• Assist with Client Accounting processes and maintain procedural knowledge.
