Job summary

Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking a full-time non-exempt Client Intake Specialist to support client/matter intake and conflict checks. The role reports to the Client Intake Manager and offers a hybrid-remote schedule after training.

You will work with attorneys and staff across multiple offices to ensure accurate intake, compliance with conflict rules, and smooth information flow using legal software tools. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum one year data analysis experience required.
• Prior client intake and conflicts experience in the legal services industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process client and matter intake requests with accuracy.
• Perform quality review checks on conflicts and intake data.
• Guide attorneys and staff on conflicts and intake processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor with stakeholders.
• Prepare and provide user support for intake tools and processes.
• Escalate issues when needed.
