CFS is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper for a hybrid/remote role in Fresno County. The full-time position (about 30 hours per week) offers a salary range of $45,000 to $52,000 and a flexible schedule that blends hybrid and remote work.

You will maintain ledgers, process payables/receivables, reconcile accounts, and assist with month-end/year-end close while supporting payroll-related transactions. The nonprofit organization has over 50 years of community service, with a collaborative culture

Qualifikationen

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience required.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger activity.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Prepare and process payroll-related transactions.
