Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Florida seeks a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and supervise ABA therapy services for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. The role offers growth as caseloads expand and hours increase toward full-time.

You will supervise BCaBAs, train therapists and caregivers, collect data, and coordinate care across home, clinic, school, and community settings to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Strong experience in Applied Behavior Analysis with focus on behavior plans.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field with supervised hours.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior plans.
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans and train caregivers and staff.
• Provide supervision to BCaBAs and ABA therapists across settings.
• Collect and analyze data; adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Collaborate with families to support long-term success; manage caseloads and documentation.
