Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. seeks a BCBA to conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior support plans for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs in Polk County, FL.

The role includes supervision of BCaBAs and therapists, data-driven plan implementation, family training across home, clinic, school and community settings, and ongoing case management as needed. Hybrid/remote options may be available depending on the case.

Qualifications

• Must hold active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Strong experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field with supervised hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven behavior plans.
• Oversee and guide implementation of behavior plans for clients.
• Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs, ABA therapists and caregivers.
• Track progress with data collection and analysis, adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families to provide feedback, training and support.
• Manage caseloads, documentation and coordination with other professionals.
