Ability Builders is urgently hiring for a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and supervise ABA therapy services for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs. The role offers room to grow and potential to increase hours to full-time as caseload expands.

You will lead FBAs, oversee plan implementation, supervise BCaBAs and therapists, collect data, and collaborate with families across home, clinic, school, and community settings.

Qualificações

• Active BCBA certification through BACB.
• Extensive ABA experience with behavior plan development.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field with supervised hours.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Background check-cleared as required.
• FL Medicaid provider number preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs): Identify client needs and develop data-driven, individualized behavior plans.
• Behavior Plan Implementation: Oversee and guide the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring clients and caregivers receive clear and consistent instruction.
• Supervision and Training: Provide supervision and training to BCaBAs, ABA therapists and caregivers, ensuring accurate execution of behavior plans in various settings (home, clinic, school, community).
• Data Collection and Analysis: Track client progress through detailed data collection and analysis, making adjustments to intervention plans as necessary.
• Client and Caregiver Collaboration: Work closely with families and caregivers to provide feedback, training, and support for long-term success.
• Case Management: Ensure clients receive quality care by managing caseloads effectively, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with other professionals.
