Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across home, clinic, and remote settings. This hybrid position supports supervision, ongoing clinical work, and development opportunities for qualified candidates.

The role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time opportunities, strong clinical support, and pathways for expanding licensure and leadership within the organization.

Qualifications

• NC licensure eligible or currently licensed in NC.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
