Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control for large-scale enterprise systems, involving authentication, tool usage, state management, and environment control across multi-agent setups.

You will collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams, lead architecture decisions, and contribute to IP filings while presenting at conferences. EY offers a hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Advanced degree required in EE/CS/Math.
5+ years in software engineering and AI.
Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
Familiar with AI native development tools and code assist.
Experience with cryptographic methods of identity/auth.
Strong scripting (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
Knowledge of CI/CD and modern code hosting tools.

Responsibilities

Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
Develop comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
Drive agent design requirements through AI Native design process.
Assess emerging authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra to balance outcomes.
Support strategic business development and IP filings.
Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
