Job summary

EY seeks an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control in large-scale enterprise systems. You will lead architecture for identity, authentication, environment control, policy, and multi-agent APIs while enabling scalable AI solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in software engineering and AI, with strong collaboration across AI, Security, Data and Infra teams. EY offers hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools and code assist.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages like Go, Rust, Java.
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic identity/auth methods.
• Experience with modern IDEs and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures against agent and human evals.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement via AI-native processes.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to ensure practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
