Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control in large-scale systems. The role focuses on agent authentication, state management, execution control, and policy implementation across diverse toolchains.

You will lead architecture design, mentor engineers, and collaborate across AI, security, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. EY offers hybrid work and a broad rewards package.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in EE, CS or Math required.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and secret management.
• Proficient with AI native development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Qodo/Codium, Gemini, AWS Q, GitHub).
• Familiar with Python, Bash, TypeScript; Go, Rust, Java desirable.
• Understanding of AI native design processes and principles.
• Experience with identity/auth cryptography and modern IDEs/CI/CD.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against agent and human evaluations.
• Create comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI-native design processes.
• Research emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for practical outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech as needed.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
