Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control, including tool usage, persistence, environment control, policy definition, multi-agent APIs and anomaly detection. The candidate should excel in fast-paced settings and scalable AI delivery.

The role involves hands-on development, collaboration across AI, Security, Data and Infra, and leading architectural initiatives with a focus on authentication, observability and post-training environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiar with AI native development tools / code assist.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understand AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic identity/auth methods.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern collaboration tools.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post-training and tuning environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
• Develop comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native process.
• Assess emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra architects.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
