Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics is required.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools / code assist and scripts.
• Knowledge of cryptographic identity/auth methods.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, Git hosting platforms.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large-scale multi-agent systems.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and benchmark architectures against agent and human evals.
• Develop comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Lead AI native design requirements across teams.
• Research emergent agent authorization architectures and frontier models.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams to balance outcomes.
• Support business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and contribute IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
