Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating programs/projects; 1+ year in Agile; experience with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Scrum/Kanban; dependency/risk management; on-time delivery.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; stakeholder engagement.
• Problem-solving, conflict resolution, attention to detail, self-starter.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/PM/IT or equivalent experience.
• Agile certifications (CSM/CSPO) and SAFe/LeSS a plus.
• EdTech experience; DevOps/CI-CD familiarity; distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of complex agile programs; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Organize and lead agile ceremonies while ensuring consistent application of agile practices.
• Identify, track, and manage dependencies and program risks; escalate issues; coordinate mitigations.
• Provide day-to-day support to agile teams; ensure tools/resources are available; liaise between stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder communication with status reports and metrics.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new tools/techniques; foster knowledge sharing.
• Maintain program documentation and track metrics to support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product/technical leadership to align objectives and create actionable plans.
