Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Project Manager (Agile Content Delivery) to support the successful execution of agile programs in the School division. This remote PSW role focuses on coordinating multiple agile teams, managing dependencies, and removing obstacles to ensure program success and alignment with business goals.

The position is open to applicants authorized to work in the United States and has an end date of 09/30/2028.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating complex Agile programs across cross-functional teams (product, tech, business).
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and program management best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working with tools to track scope, risks, dependencies, and progress.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in agile program management.
• Nice to have certifications (CSM/CSPO) and SAFe/LeSS exposure.
• EdTech familiarity and DevOps/CI/CD exposure are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Agile Program Management: Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure consistent application of practices.
• Identify and manage dependencies and program risks with stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day support to agile teams with tools and resources.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder reporting and metrics on progress, risks and scope changes.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of new tools/techniques.
• Maintain program documentation (roadmaps, release plans, issue logs).
• Collaborate with product and technical leadership to align goals with business priorities.
