Job summary

WHR Global is seeking a customer service-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support relocation management for transferees and internal counseling teams. You will coordinate movers, real estate agents, and appraisers, ensuring accurate information and timely processing throughout the relocation journey.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to negotiate with vendors. This hybrid position is based in Pewaukee, WI, with on-site work required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications or business preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience or background in real estate preferred.
• Excellent written communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work on-site in Pewaukee with hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and contract with local transportation companies for relocations.
• Negotiate rates for relocations with independence and discretion.
• Resolve conflicts regarding referral fees with professionalism and authority.
• Complete broker qualification and selection process.
• Collaborate with counseling team and management on relocation agent availability and analysis.
• Update agent lists and evaluate agents for future assignments.
• Manage WHR documents such as referral agreements.
• Use service metrics to choose movers, real estate agents, or appraisers.
• Oversee household goods moves and verify packing/loading/delivery dates.
• Review documentation for completeness and request missing information as needed.
