Delta Dental of California is seeking a Process Analyst - Release Management to optimize and govern software release processes across multi-application environments. You will partner with Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, QA, and Product teams to enable controlled, repeatable, and compliant deployments.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process documentation, and governance alignment with ITSM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
• 2+ years supporting software release management or DevOps functions.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple applications and teams.
• Experience with release management, change management, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with GitHub repositories, actions, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate release planning, scheduling, and deployment across technology teams.
• Maintain release calendars and manage dependencies and conflicts.
• Monitor readiness by tracking approvals, tests, and rollback plans.
• Support release execution and resolve process-related issues during events.
• Ensure release documentation is complete and maintained to standards.
• Develop and maintain process docs, workflows, and self-service guidance.
• Communicate release plans, dependencies, and status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Infra, QA, Product, and Business teams.
