Delta Dental Ins. is seeking a Process Analyst – Release Management in Alpharetta, GA. The role supports development and continuous improvement of Release Management processes across Technology, Product, Engineering, and Security teams.

You will coordinate releases, improve efficiency, and ensure controlled, compliant deliveries. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, collaboration mindset, and experience in technology organizations with a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years in software release management, release engineering, or CI/CD functions.
• Experience coordinating releases across multiple applications and teams.
• Experience with release management, deployment, change management, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with GitHub, including repositories and GitHub Actions; Copilot a plus.
• Experience with DevOps and release automation tools Rundeck and Datadog.
• Experience with Ivanti, Jira, Confluence; ITSM tools preferred.
• Experience supporting WebLogic, Docker, Azure Cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support release planning, scheduling, and deployment across multiple technology teams.
• Maintain release calendars and manage dependencies and conflicts.
• Monitor release readiness through approvals, testing, and rollout plans.
