Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6–10 years relevant experience in client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Cash Management and Treasury products.
• Strong pipeline and relationship management experience.
• Proficient in Salesforce and CRM systems; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with client network and internal teams; be a key contact for requests and escalation.
• Ensure timely completion of Know Your Client (KYC) and regulatory requirements with product partners and Relationship Managers.
• Help clients access Citi’s global network and locate local coverage and product support.
• On-board new clients/subsidiaries and complete KYC/initial credit set-ups.
• Coordinate due diligence for credit approvals and closings.
• Identify revenue opportunities and position Citi products with clients.
• Maintain documentation of periodic client discussions and updates.
• Collaborate with Credit Admin on credit documentation and monitoring.
• Monitor credit line usage with Independent Risk during annual reviews.
• Assist in cash transaction implementations for bankers.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi policies and ethics.
