Job summary

Citi in Los Angeles seeks a Relationship Associate to support client networks, coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with RMs and product partners to on-board clients and set up initial credits.

You will manage credit documentation with the Credit Admin team, monitor credit usage, and help identify revenue opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or Master’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Cash Management and Treasury products.
• Strong Pipeline and Relationship Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with client network and operational teams; acts as key contact for internal requests and issue resolution.
• Ensures timely Know Your Customer (KYC) and regulatory requirements with product partners and RMs.
• Onboards new clients and subsidiaries; coordinates KYC/initial credit set-ups.
• Coordinates due diligence requirements for credit approvals and closings.
• Identifies revenue opportunities and positions products with clients.
