Job summary

The Citi Los Angeles office is seeking a Relationship Associate to support client networks and internal teams. You will be the key contact for requests and escalation, guiding KYC and regulatory processes in partnership with RM and product partners.

You will help clients access Citi’s global network, assist with onboarding new clients and subsidiaries, and coordinate due diligence for credit approvals. Strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of Salesforce/CRM are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Cash Management and Treasury products; track record of providing sound solutions.
• Strong pipeline and relationship management experience.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with client network and internal teams; key contact for requests and escalation.
• Ensures timely KYC and regulatory requirements in partnership with RM and product partners.
• Helps clients access Citi’s global network and local coverage across the globe.
• Onboards new clients/subsidiaries; completes KYC/initial credit set-ups.
• Coordinates due diligence for credit approvals and closings.
• Engages with product partners and Citi’s network to identify revenue opportunities.
• Maintains client hierarchies; documents discussions and approvals.
• Partners with Credit Admin to manage credit documentation (FX, derivatives, loans, LC).
• Assesses risk in business decisions; ensures ethical conduct and compliance.
