Job summary

You will manage onboarding, servicing, and daily cash-related tasks while coordinating with Fraud, Sanctions, FX and Product teams to ensure exemplary service and risk mitigation for clients, including venture funds and private equity relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of client service experience in banking/financial/investor services role, OR High School/GED with 5 years of experience.
• Experience onboarding and servicing clients in banking/financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and service clients through CRM, ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution of requests.
• Support client payment operations (wires, ACH, BillPay) with escalation when needed.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fraud, Sanctions, FX and Product to resolve issues and advise on risk mitigations.
