Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year client service experience in banking/financial/investor services, or High School/GED with 5 years experience.
• Experience with client onboarding, deposits, payments and daily cash management.
• Familiarity with using CRM systems and applying risk mitigations to prevent money laundering and fraud.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and servicing clients; managing requests via CRM and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Collaborating with Operations, Fraud, Sanctions, FX and Product teams to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
• Proactively identifying opportunities and scheduling touchpoints with Relationship Managers.
