Marsh is seeking a talented professional to join our Global Operations team in New York, NY. This hybrid role requires at least three days in the office weekly and focuses on translating complex operational challenges into structured plans and actionable solutions.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, lead data-driven analyses, and develop project plans with clear milestones to accelerate results for the reinsurance value chain.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, and drive data-backed recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset; familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, and digital workflows.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and execute operational improvement initiatives across the reinsurance value chain.
• Perform current-state assessments and gap analyses to identify inefficiencies and recommend actionable solutions.
• Develop structured project plans, track milestones, and coordinate stakeholders to deliver on time and within scope.
• Assist in design and implementation of process redesigns, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
• Support change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and training materials development.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Prepare briefing materials and leadership-facing decks for monthly/quarterly reviews.
