Marsh is seeking a talented risk advisory professional for a hybrid role based in a Marsh Risk US office in the Central, SE, or NE Zone. The position requires working at least three days per week in the office and focuses on client advisory, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Applicants should have 3+ years in insurance (construction/wrap-up), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and a P&C license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Support advisory colleagues on construction/wrap-up books of business by understanding clients' strategic priorities, risk strategies, and management needs to effectively serve them.
• Utilize risk expertise to review client exposures and loss experience, developing tailored solutions for standard client requirements.
• Assist in client presentations and propose innovative solutions to attract new clients and projects, contributing to business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary day-to-day contact and trusted business advisor.
• Manage an account load, coordinating with Service Offices, Client Executives, Risk Practices, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with Marsh's resources.
• Partner with Risk Practices on business placement, interact with insurers to secure proper documentation, and support account retention and growth through cross-selling.
• Maintain high quality in all client deliverables, including monitoring service delivery and invoicing to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay informed on changing market conditions and actively contribute to the firm's knowledge base through internal communication within the product line.
