Job summary

MSIG USA is seeking a Business Analyst for Reinsurance to bridge Underwriting, Claims and Finance with our platform vendor. You will translate needs into user stories, define acceptance criteria and support epics, features, and backlog alignment in an agile environment.

You will map current and future processes, facilitate discovery and UAT, and assist with test scripting, defect tracking and release coordination. Strong SQL/Excel skills and knowledge of PRS/Duck Creek/Sapiens are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in Insurance or Reinsurance.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements and user stories.
• Experience with process mapping, UAT, and QA coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary BA for Reinsurance and Finance leadership and teams.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features and User Stories aligned with Agile priorities.
• Document current and future state processes for core Reinsurance functions.
• Coordinate discovery sessions, workshops, and test scenarios with stakeholders.
• Support post-deployment stabilization and iterative enhancements.
